Bcom llb Admission 2024-2025 – You must have seen people functioning as Lawyers in Courts, wearing Black Gowns. At the exact moment, there will also be non-practicing Lawyers possessing the Graduation Degree of a Lawyer.

These Lawyers will be called Legal Consultants, Legal Managers, Legal Advisors, etc. The only exception you will find in these Professionals is they will not appear in Courts usually, with a Black Gown.

Yet they will appear in a Court, assisting a Practicing Lawyer in supplying intricate Legal Points connected with the Commercial Business of the Company or Organization.

Simply put, anything “Legal” connected with the Business will be their responsibility. 

To carry out all the above duties and responsibilities, the person concerned should possess abilities in Commercial Activities and also have the required Legal Knowledge.

To acquire the above abilities, anyone should first study Graduation Course in Commerce for three years; and then join a Law College to get a Legal Degree. But the Indian Government has made it easier for the Student Community now.

Aspiring Candidates can study an Integrated Course of B.Com. LLB at a stretch, which is only 5 Years, to get both Commerce and Law Degrees simultaneously. 

BCom LLB Admission 2024-2025 Course Details:

The complete form of B.Com. LLB is Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Legislative Law. It is a Professional and Integrated Course, enabling Students to study both Commerce Course and Law Course through 10 Semesters of 5 Years. 

Periodical Exams will be conducted every Semester, followed by a Final Examination, to assess the abilities learned by the Student and award him the Degree of B.Com. LLB.

BCom LLB Course Admission 2024-2025 Eligibility:

A Student should have Passed the class 12th senior Secondary 10 +2 Exam from a Recognized Board. He must have studied the Basic Commerce Subjects in the Course and secured a minimum of 50% to 60% Marks aggregate. 

A concession of 5% in Marks is given to Candidates belonging to SC/ST Category.

The Cut-off Marks can differ from College to College, as prescribed by their policy decisions.

To get Admission in this Integrated Course, there is a stipulation Age Limit also. For General Category, the Candidate must be a maximum of 20 years of age; regarding ST/ST, the maximum period can be 22 years.

BCom LLB ADMISSION 2024-2025 PROCESS:

The Admission for B.Com. LLB Integrated 5 Years Course is usually conducted through Entrance Exams. Different Entrance Exams are driven by the National Level and State Level Authorities.

Colleges select Candidates according to the Merit List published, based on the Marks obtained by Students in these Exams.

Popular among the Entrance Exams are – 

  1. CLAT – The Common Law Admission Test is denoted by the word CLAT. It is an India National Level Test conducted by the Consortium of National Law Universities and the Bar Council of India for the Admission of Students to study Law Courses of different natures. This Exam duration is 2 hours; there will be 120 to 150 objective type Questions.

2. CUET – Common University Entrance Test is conducted for Admission to all Law Courses across the country. 

Candidates who want to get Admission to BCom LLB Course should watch for Notifications of Admission published Online by the respective Universities on their Websites. They should download that Application Form.

They should fill in the Application Form correctly, without flaws; attach the required documentary Proofs, and submit the Application Online. If the Application is accepted, they will get the Hall Ticket for writing the Entrance Exam, with full details of the date, venue, and timing of the Exam.

The Candidates should appear for the Exam and write it with diligence. A Merit List of successful candidates will be published on the same Website after the Exam Results are announced.

After verifying this, the Candidate should appear before the concerned College Authorities to verify their Admission Documents and issue Seats.
